Windows tilt for cleaning or glazing, especially useful above ground level. Smooth operation in normal vertical use. Built-in stainless steel safety arms. Both sashes tilt and can be removed for painting. System supplied complete with all weatherstripping. Full range of compatible standard and purpose made balances available. The built-in stainless steel safety arms hold the sashes at any height at the required angle, and cannot be seen when the window is shut. Suitable for any size sash up to 83lbs weight. Systems consists of inner track which houses brush system, sliding with sash eliminating deterioration of the brush.
